Our Story
Back in 2016, I found myself stuck in a Risk Management career that felt unfulfilling. I was looking for a lifestyle change—one where I could see real, tangible results rather than just filing paperwork and sending emails. That search led me to an unexpected industry: lice removal.
I asked my partner, Lex, if she’d be interested in learning the trade. She was all in. While she went off to train professionally, I dove deep into the data, studying every scientific paper and business model I could find regarding head lice and modern treatment methods.
The Discovery
What I discovered was eye-opening: very few lice businesses were using methods backed by current research. Most relied on unproven products, outdated techniques that took way too long, or drugstore treatments that made bold claims they couldn’t deliver on.
I realized there was a massive opportunity to make a difference. We could provide a service that actually worked, earn an honest living, and truly help families in a moment of crisis.

By combining rigorous scientific research with hands-on technical skill, we developed a 3-pronged treatment method. Our process eliminates lice, “super lice,” and kills all nits in a single appointment using:

- Controlled, heated air: To dehydrate and kill lice and eggs at the source.
- Professional combing: To ensure every louse and egg is found during lice checks.
