Such a great place! Responded immediately and got us an appointment the next day. It’s a small spot, so you’re the only family there. Lots of toys for kiddos and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The building is a bit weird, but inside is welcoming and clean. Highly recommend.

They were great!

My son goes to daycare so this is the second time that we have used their service and it has been amazing both times! They added so much peace of mind to the whole process. The whole thing can feel very overwhelming and insurmountable at first, but they really walk you through it and give you great advice to handle the stuff at your house as well. Worth the money to me, every single time!!

You never want to need to visit, but if you do, highly recommend Lice Charmers. Great service, highly knowledgeable, and worth every penny.

What a relief that this service exists. Incredibly knowledgeable staff, clean and comfortable setting. I hope I neve need their help again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to return.

Two weeks later they refuse to honor the guarantee because a babysitter who has not been in our house for more than a month wasn't checked. Quite the scam to charge hundreds of dollars, guarantee satisfaction, give an incomplete treatment and then demand more money when it fails

Was getting ready to get in my car and take my child to school, when I found these petty critters in their hair! First time dealing with lice so naturally I flipped my lid and went into catastrophe mode. I found lice charmers and was able to get a same day appt. with Melanie. She was lovely and informative. Melanie at Lice Charmers was amazing! She completely treated my 3-year-old daughter and made sure every last nit was gone. I now have total peace of mind. I had been trying to manage it at home and felt so unsure, but Melanie was very knowledgeable and taught me a bunch about lice and prevention. She was very gentle with my daughter’s hair, and the toys kept her happy and distracted the whole time. Highly recommend!

Super friendly, efficient and informative!

Melanie was great! She was knowledgeable, efficient, and had a great rapport with my child (12). I also appreciated that the check for lice includes the use of the treatment oil, so it ensures a final nail in the coffin if you've treated recently at home. We had 1 kiddo that had a stubborn case, but thanks to the expertise and great service we received, we're bringing the whole family in to get checked and confirmed clear. There was no pushy upselling, no drama, and no shaming or judgement, just friendly facts and calm care. She even braided our hair! I also really appreciated that this company did a good job of making their availability clear and getting us in more quickly. We had planned to go somewhere else, waking up early and expecting to talk with someone, but didn't get service until well after their business hours started, only to be given later options and a not so great customer experience. Lice Charmers was the opposite - responsive, clear, helpful, and quick. We really appreciated their support in a stressful, awkward situation!

If you need to be lice free within an hour, go to this place! They have gotten us in same day both times and they utilize the heat treatment which is the most effective. Plus we appreciate they have stuff for kids to do while they wait.

The best experience. Worth every dollar spent. My daughter and I were both treated and it was such a pleasant experience (sans getting lice). Highly recommend!
