If lice return within 60 days of your original appointment, we will provide one free retreatment—including checks—for every person we treated during the initial visit at our nearest clinic.

When You’re Covered:

• Full Household Treatment: Everyone in the home found to have lice was treated by us within the last 60 days.
• Professional Clearances: Everyone in the household (or in regular contact with the household) was checked by us and either cleared or treated.
• Physical Evidence: You can provide physical evidence (such as a dead louse) or our technicians find evidence during the follow-up appointment.

Note: All guaranteed checks and retreatments must be completed within 24 hours of the first free retreatment or check being initiated.
